Our Process on ALL Services
1.
Estimate Requested
The customer has requested an estimate from Green Lawns Matter. Its now our job to enter the customers information into our system, and create the estimate that have requested. We MUST have an email address on file to send the estimate.
4.
Job Completed
We complete the job on the scheduled date according to the line items on the work order, produced directly from the customer approved estimate. Upon completion of the job, the crew marks it off on the Housecall Pro app to keep our records accurate.
2.
Estimate Approved
After the estimate is created, we send it out to the customer. Its our job to follow up on this, but it is ultimately the customers responsibility to click the "approve estimate" button. If a deposit is required on the job for materials, it will be due upon estimate approval, or a minimum of 5 days before work is scheduled to begin.
5.
Job Invoiced & Charged
Jobs are automatically invoiced following completion. If we have a card on file, we charge it accordingly. If the customer is paying by check, we will mark the job as paid when the check arrives and is deposited.
3.
Job Scheduled
Once we are notified that the customer has approved the estimate, we schedule the job accordingly. We do not schedule jobs that are not generated from a customer approved estimate.
